I've posted a very small survey online (on Google Docs) which takes only a couple of minutes to complete.
I would really appreciate anyone taking the time to complete it for me.
There is no information collected which could be used to identify individuals, and there are no right or wrong answers.
Sadly, there are also no prizes, other than my eternal gratitude!
