One minute I was logged on, computer froze, then when I tried to log on again, it said account deactivated????

When your computer froze it locked up the room you were in and the other players did what they call a "mercy" boot. When this happens your account gets deactivated. 15 minutes the first time and add 15 more minutes for each additional time.
